帮忙看看申请OPT电话加急后的回信

我申请加急后等到了USCIS的回信是：“Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please have your Designated School Official (DSO) submit proof of your financial hardship or other reason for expeditious handling via email to 1point3acres.com. Please note that the employment offer letter alone is not sufficient. The letter MUST indicate that the offer will be rescinded after a specific date. Additionally, please note that this email address is only for DSOs. ”
请问一下收到这个我应该怎么办？是让公司重新写个offer letter注明offer will be rescinded after a specific date？那前面那个have your Designated School Official (DSO) submit proof of your financial hardship or other reason for expeditious handling via email是什么意思？
PS：我6.5收到opt申请回执，到现在还没收到EAD。
