申MS，如何向小米询问自己的标准化成绩够不够申请

GRE分数为v152+q166+3。想发邮件咨询一下小米这个成绩申请有没有希望。
比如我要申请Iowa State, 学校给了如下信息：
Program Contact: Jessica Higgins
Program Email: 1point3acres.com
那么我是不是应该这样写email:(括号中是我有疑惑的部分)
Dear Jessica Higgins(我不知道她的职位，是不是该改为Professor?):
I am a senior students from XX University in China and I am willing to apply for a Masters degree in Iowa State University. I am eager to futher my research on Statistics.
I am here to make an inquiry about my GRE test score. I got 152 for Verbal section, 166 for Quantitative section and 3 for Analytical Writing. I am not sure whether my current GRE score are qualified( or sufficient ) to apply for the program. Should I retake the test?
