EE master申PSU和UMN哪个容易？

选校基本定好，打算在这两所里选一所申请（因为找了中介数量有限制），想问下选哪所好申？
听说PSU招的MS比较少，是不是这样，会不会申请比较难啊
UMN我看统计招的MS还挺多的，2014招了300个，但是看它要求Please view the ece.umn.edu list prior to beginning the ApplyYourself application. You will be asked to list up to three area(s) of interest and the names of faculty with whom you would like to work.那申请MS也需要写想跟哪个教授吗？网址：ece.umn.edu
