Thank you for your interest in working with me here at the University of Washington. Unfortunately, I do not anticipate being able to offer you an opportunity within my research group. However, if you are very interested in conducting your studies within our program, I would still recommend that you contact other members of our environmental engineering faculty (ce.washington.edu to inquire as to possible openings within their research groups if you have not already.

Thank you for your interest in my research group. At the moment, I am uncertain if I will have funding to accept graduate students next year. I have submitted multiple proposals, and must wait to see if they get funded. If I do get funding, I will be looking for PhD students. I think your best strategy is to apply to the department and see if you get accepted.(see ce.washington.edu for the application process). If you do get accepted, we can then see if I have funding, and if the funded projects interests you. But I would not limit your self to me. If I don't end up getting funding, you will want to have the opportunity to work with other faculty in the department.

嗯 还收到了一个回复：Thank you for your interest in my research program. I am now close to retirement, and I am, accordingly, not accepting new graduate students for research. Please consider submitting a complete application for our graduate program. Your application materials will then be available to all faculty members in the department, and some of these faculty members may share your research interests. Application information is available at:
套磁对我这种渣来说简直是，，，唉唉。。。
为求安慰，跑去套了一发新加坡，真是差距啊T T
