Science tells us that some activities are good for our health, while some others are bad. Despite knowing that, millions of people all over the world continue with unhealthy activities. Why do you think this is the case and what might be done to change this?

I always happen to meet some people continuing with unhealthy activities, despite knowing that some activities are good for our health, while some others are bad. For example, science tells that people should not walk too much after a meal, in case of the diseases. However, most people insist walking. What is more, they know what the bad effect is. why is the case? I think the following reasons can explain.
As the old saying, habit is the second nature, some people must do the walking everyday. If they don’t, they may suffer diseases or they may feel uncomfortable. Affected by these psychology and physics suffering, they may have a bad day. They feel no energy the whole day and will have a bad appetite. I come across a old lady, who told me that how the everyday walk helps her exercises. If not, she may not have a good life.

On the other hand, for the economic and development reason, some people in the world have on attach to the bad effect to some activities. For example, some people in the undeveloped areas are unaware of the bad effect of the activities. They don’t understand what the scientists say. So they always do the convention.
Above all, we should give a second thought and make a good solution.
