求助，有申JHU的CS专业的朋友么，关于成绩单的问题急求

现在正在各种收尾阶段。然后今天猛然发现JHU的网站上关于成绩单有这么一句话：
  1. Obtain unofficial transcripts from your school(s) student account or Registrar’s office. Original language and English translation required and must be from a professional third party service:atanet.org
  2. For all foreign academic work we strongly recommend that you submit a professional credential evaluation from one of our recommended resources:oneearthevaluations.org, wes.org, or ece.org. Credential evaluations allow the departments to better assess your academic records. These evaluations do not replace the transcript, you are still required to upload these documents as instructed.
我表示我是个糊涂蛋，现在才看到这个。。。
有同申JHU的小伙伴么~ 是不是JHU必须要找第三方机构来翻译成绩单，学校提供的翻译不可以用吗？

同时，一定要做WES认证吗？
