【最新消息】Google有Online Assessment了！

今天刚收到Google Blueprint Team的邮件，让我去做online assessment！
简单的说就是60分钟，两题，到提供的链接上去做，六天内提交。有extension。

邮件原文如下：
Thanks again for applying to Google! We’re excited to get to know you. Let’s start with an online coding assessment for the Software Engineer position. You may use any of the following languages to provide solutions: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Lua, Objective-C, Pascal, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, Scala, vb.net. A few important things for you to know before you get started:

• You can find your one-time, personal URL to complete the assessment here: （链接）
• Your assessment link is unique to you, so please do not forward or share it with anyone else.
• You will have 60 consecutive minutes to work on two problems designed to help assess whether your coding skills are a match for this role. The clock will start as soon as you click “Begin Assessment Now.”
• You will have six days to complete the assessment, please submit your responses by （截止时间）
• If you require any special accommodations or encounter technical issues with the coding assessment, please contact 1point3acres.com.
  

We love chatting with candidates, but will only be able to respond to questions on accommodations and technical difficulties due to email volume. FAQs

Can I have an extension?
We know this is a busy time and as a courtesy keep the assessment open for an extra three day grace period just in case. To take advantage of this grace period, you do not need to let us know in advance or get special approval. Your responses must be submitted by （延长的截止时间） at the very latest.


Will I get feedback about my coding assessment?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with specific feedback on your coding assessment. If you move forward in the process, there will be other opportunities for you show off your coding skills. Remember, the coding assessment is only one of the data points we consider and we’ll be in touch if it looks like your skills and experience are a good match for the role.

之前做Amazon的OA，多亏了地里的兄弟姐妹发的面经才顺利通过。随后自己也总结了面经回报大家。现在没想到Google也跟风了！我个人估计OA会是以后招聘第一轮的trend，毕竟设置好题目全自动节省了recruiting的成本，在简历关之后又可以筛掉一大帮人。

这次Google OA这么新，应该还没有什么面经，等做完之后会第一时间给大家分享，为接下来面试攒人品。敬请期待！
