By a copy is there a way you can login to the toefl system and see your scores? If so can you also send a copy of those scores to me from that system? If you can I will be able to use that so that the committee can review your application. You would still need ETS to send the official one though in order to be admitted if the department decided to admit you.

If you have one section below our minimum and you are a very good applicant otherwise we can request the Deans office to waive the one score below the minimum. Did you send the new scores via ETS? I don't seem to have those. In the meantime though if you could please forward me a copy of the new scores I will add those to your application so that the committee can review.
