刚收到CMU的邮件马上就收到UPenn，导致我一整节课都没有心思听。
You are on a very short list of candidates whom we are considering offering admission to the AMCS PhD program at the University of Pennsylvania. We are very excited about the possibility of your joining our program and are writing to find out if you are still seriously considering coming to Penn. Please let me know as soon as possible.
我在给UPenn的PS里写到：It would be a great pleasure to study in David Rittenhouse Laboratory. 也许这就是他们瞧得上我的原因吧哈哈哈。
但是UPenn很坑啊，需要发邮件占坑，所以就叫它semi-offer吧，说不定是WL或者转成MS呢。之前和UPenn的老师套瓷，感觉他们经费好像不太够的样子，正在考虑要不要占坑。
