刚刚收到牛老师的email，大致是，恭喜——没钱——今年收30人（我数了一下，大致发了50ad）部分原文如下
[align="left"]I would like to make an admission-only offer (without financial support) to each of you. If you are interested in this offer, please reply to me before April 15 and I will send you a formal offer letter. If you accept the admission-only offer, you will be responsible for paying your own expenses including tuition, student fees, room and board, books and transportation (Tuition and Fee, about $20,000 per year; Room, Board and others, about $15,000 per year). All graduate students are required to have health insurance (about $1,000 per year).

[/align][align="left"]Due to classroom space limitation, this year we are only able to recruit at most 30 self-supported MS and Ph.D students. 1) Generally, 10 top self-supported students will receive a one-semester tuition waiver in their second year

If you plan to study for Ph.D. in the department, you may take the qualifying exam in your second year.

上面两条是牛老师又发了一封email的信息，说考qualify高的一两人可能拿奖，看来是不分ms和PhD的ad，感觉fsu今年没钱啊
