正式offer+请教问题

今天正式offer下来，还有一大堆问题，就再报一遍。
1. In recognition of your academic excellence and potential, the School of Science is offering you a teaching assistantship consisting of a stipend of $18,500 and tuition remission(excluding fees) for the 2015-2016 academic yesr
问题 excluding fees, 意思是杂费要我自己交，我之前的TAMU的offer里明确说了包括allowable fees
2. will provide you with financial support for up to a total of five years. the institute support for the 2015-2016 academic year is supplemented by departmental and research support over the succeeding four years for a total estimated value of $332,500.
不知道这句话写出来干嘛
3. your department will be in touch with you concerning a visit to campus
都这么晚了，还有visit，有小伙伴同去吗
