大中午的，快12点看手机邮件提示新邮件，点开来看，没看到cong，也没看到regret，仔细一看，内容如下：
Your credentials and application for admission to the Electrical and Computer Engineering, Master of Science program at The Ohio State University for the Autumn 2015 Semester have been given careful consideration by the Graduate Studies Committee. We have been informed by the committee that the program is full. However, the faculty believes that your application is competitive and would like to encourage you to reapply for a future term.
If you would like to be considered for admission for a future term, you can visit the Graduate Admissions website for information on how to reapply.
I want you to know that we appreciate your interest in Ohio State and the Graduate School and hope that your interest in Ohio State will continue.
没遇到过这种情况，说白了是拒信，但是怎么言辞如此真诚，挽留之意还是有的，想问下地里的大神们，这情况一般咋弄？接着申16春会有很大的机会吗这是？
