终于有一个不是拒信了, 是waitinglist。。
[align="left"]After careful consideration of your application, we have decided to place you on the waiting list for admission to the Information Networking Institute (INI) graduate programs for Fall 2015. There are a limited number of seats available for incoming students and therefore we cannot admit all students who meet our minimum application qualifications.[/align][align="left"]Occasionally, we will offer admission to just a few of the students on the waiting list by April 30; however the majority of students placed on the waiting list will not be offered a seat. If you do not hear from us by the end of April, this means we do not have a seat for you.[/align][align="left"]There is no ranking to the waitlist. If a seat opens up, applicants on the waitlist will be re-reviewed to determine which applicant would best fill the seat that is open based on the information in your application and the needs of the INI.[/align][align="left"]We request that you do not attempt to send additional information in support of your application, as it will not be accepted or considered.
