报一个比较小众的offer~~415快到了，纠结

MS EE 给了full tuition scholarship (not associated with services)。 在网上看对Baylor的评价有好有坏，基督教浸信会学校，比较古老、Conservative。Waco这个地方虽然夹在Dallas和Austin之间，但是如果没有车的话很无聊，什么也做不了。EE 排名在100开外了，研究内容有Swarm Intelligence，Neural Networks Architectures, Multi-Agent Systems, Intelligent Distributed Control of Power Plants, Time Scales, Time Transit Tomography， Reconfigurable Computing, Exercise Equipment等等。据说学生们表面上都很friendly，但是有可能只是faked；教授们都很helpful，但是思想难免会有些conservative and close-minded? 不知实际情况是不是如此？？此外的担心就是Baylor的EE毕业后就业到底怎么样？能不能学到些实实在在的东西？MS 给了full tuition scholarship还是有点诱人~~ 和Stony Brooky (AD)以及Clemson (AD)相比较，应该选择那个呢？诚心希望懂行的大大们能提供一些信息和建议~~谢谢大家了！
