申请defer了，没有confirmation letter正常么？

[align="left"]我由于一些原因，准备defer CMU的MCDS项目了。。[/align][align="left"]给秘书发邮件申请defer，她邮件里说允许defer，我觉得没有conformation letter觉得不大放心，于是又发邮件问秘书：[/align][align="left"]
[/align]Thanks for your time. I am a student that receives 2015 Fall admission from MCDS program and asked to defer the enrolment to 2016 Fall two weeks ago.

Sorry for the disturbing again, but I found a few programs provide official confirmation letter if the deferment for a student is processed. It would be a great relief if a confirmation letter for deferment could be got. Would it be possible for a deferment confirmation letter to be sent if it is available for the MCDS program?
