急！求鉴定是不是水过？！

今天（4.23）去上海面签。各种材料准一共备了四个文件夹。。在26号窗口面的，VO是个胡子很多的外国人。
先给他护照, I20。
VO: Which university....? （给他护照和I20的时候问的）
Me: XXX university
VO: .....major
Me：Astrophysics
VO看了下护照和I20后问: Your research plan? CV? And your advisor's CV （一共三个东西）
我手忙脚乱地拿东西: This is my study plan... My CV... I don't have an advisor now, but I have a potential advisor. This is his CV...
VO接过来后，在电脑上敲敲打打。我当时觉得他可能会像其他人面签经验里写的那样详细地看这些东西尤其是study plan。。 可是没有，他就扫了几眼，不到半分钟。 貌似看我的potantial advisor的第一页的时间比较久一点。。 目测是看那页是Research Focus。。
然后把要I20 我的CV study plan， potential advisor的CV都还给我了。。只留下了一个护照。说了个 Pass.
然后我当时就懵了，觉得是水果了，因为只拿走了护照嘛。 就说了个Have a nicd day。 VO回复曰， you too.
回来后越想越不对劲啊。。怎么我的CV， study plan就扫了两眼呢。。就pass呢。 是不是check了。。 但是如果check的话怎么会只收走我的护照呢。。
如果是水果的话，https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatT ... lbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA== 要多久才能更新状态为issue？？
目前的状态是Case Creation Date: 22-Apr-2015
Status Updated Date: 23-Apr-2015
Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days.
这是check？还是水果的也会经历几天的administrative processing？？？

对了 他没有给我任何条子。。。如果check的话不也有条子吗。。
我查了下网上，好像很多人都没有条子的难道不同领事馆不一样吗。。
