Graduate Students Openings in Nanomaterials and Nanomanufacturing (Industrial Engineering, Purdue University) Several openings for PhD students with financial aid are available in Professor Wenzhuo Wu’s group in the School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University (sites.google.com). Admission in the spring semester is possible. Research areas include nanomanufacturing, nanoelectronics, nano-optoelectronics, energy harvesting/storage, flexible nanodevices and 1D/2D nanomaterials. We are looking for creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates from diverse background and disciplines, such as materials science and engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, applied physics, chemistry or related fields. Experiences and skills in nanofabrication , nanomaterials processing, nanoelectronics, instrument design, and hardware interface are encouraged. To apply, send an email including a CV, transcript, and a research statement to Professor Wenzhuo Wu (wuwenzhuo@ gmail.com). In the 2015 US News Best Graduate Schools Rankings, Purdue Engineering is ranked the 6th. School of Industrial Engineering is ranked the 8th.

工业工程的范围很广。Nano-fabrication也是研究范围之一。
建议16 Spring 或者 16 Fall. 15 Fall 可能稍微晚了些。
