CSC opt 加急

我是CSC 4.2 received, 7.6号要开始上班，等到现在也还是received，实在受不了，前天打电话要求加急，客服小妹说5个工作日内给我答复。
然后我今天收到邮件，里面有一段话是这么说的：
Type of service requested:
-- Expedite
The status of this service request is:
On June 09, 2015, you contacted USCIS concerning your FORM I-765 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
Your case was assigned to an officer for processing. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your application.
因为我申请的时候就把job offer 放进去了，是不是就不用在fax材料了？
请问有人遇到过相同的情况吗？以及，我这个算不算加急成功了？
