那些打电话发邮件催签证的方法是真的有效还是碰巧？

我已经尝试过了给上海使馆打电话、发邮件，给华盛顿的那个电话打电话，联系小秘让小秘帮我打电话……
上海使馆的电话一直都是语音留言，上海使馆的邮件回复全都是模板回。
华盛顿的那个电话倒是人工接的，解释了很久，“你的签证在上海签的，那就是在上海审查，我们看不到你的case，没法帮你查出了什么问题，也没法帮你加快签证”
找小秘催签证，小米的回复如下“Last year one of my current students was stuck in China for an extra 3 weeks because of the visa. I called the visa consultation to see if they can expertise the process however I couldn't get them to do so. They shared that usually it takes 4-6 weeks and that they work on student visas first since they are aware a lot of students need it to go to school.”
我现在有点怀疑，究竟有什么办法是可以真正改变签证进程的，又有多少催签成功的case只是碰巧正好轮到他了……
