求问怎么使用GRE diagnostic service？

我每次从mygre里点击GRE diagnostic service就会跳出System Error

后来我看网上说需要记下七位考试号然后从https://grediagnostic.ets.org/这个网址登入，但是我每次点击这个网址就会自动跳转到MyGre，，，请问有会的同学嘛。。求教！
