F1-ME-PHD上海check72天收到领事馆回复求鉴定

6月2日在上海面签，已经72天了，在上海领事馆网站上填了那个表之后收到了如下的回复，请地里的小伙伴帮忙看看，这是快了吗？19号就要开学了，虽然跟学校老板都说好了可以晚到，但是心里还是万分着急，听说上海每年八月底会有大批issue，这两天能不能给我更新一下呀，求issue！
