[/align][align="left"]As I noticed from your CV on the ×××website ,your recent research involves food science and functional foods. I read some ofyour publications in recent years. I am interested in your research on the microencapsulationof L-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid with ascorbate to improve the stability ofbaked bread and also fortified noodles. I think these research will have greatapplied values in food market. What is more, I found that you are doing researchon the functional and health properties of cranberry ,and cranberry can beadded to diary product so as to mitigate lipid oxidation reactions .However itshealthy and functional traits on human bodies seems can be found out more .And Iam also very interested in this field.[/align][align="left"] [/align][align="left"]In the past one and half years, I have been doingresearch in the laboratory of Professor×××, who is focoused on developingnew soybean food, and new technology of vegetable protein’s processing andapplication .My research is mainly focused on simplifying the evaluationindicator system of soymilk. In my experiment , twenty-five leading cultivarsof soybean from different provinces in China were tested , their seeds’ severalindexes and soymilk’s some indexes were determined. I chose principal componentanalysis and clustering analysis to pick out 8 indexes on behalf of all theindexes. [/align][align="left"] [/align][align="left"]In previous project, I learned how to design theexperiment , and how to use statistical methods to analyze the data.I believe thesecapabilities will be helpful to your research project.
