Admission decisions for graduate ECE studies at XXX are not made
by individual faculty but by a large committee. Only once you are
admitted can alignment with research groups and faculty advisors be
determined. If you are interested in working with me, please make sure
to put my name down on your application.

Looking at your record, which seems strong, I would think that you have
a good chance at getting admitted, but you should still focus on putting
a strong package together. The committee will look at everything
together and holistically to make a decision (e.g. letters, etc.).
