UCLA的Fellowship Application

求组求助……毕竟UCLA的死线马上要到了。
申请的时候不是要提交奖学金申请咩……然后我看了一下那一堆奖学金。都不知道是什么……到底选哪个呀？如果错过了这一次奖学金申请，会不会就没有机会了？
求有申请经验的大神和一起申请的小伙伴解答~~~{:4_112:}还有(Fellowship applicants must also be nominated by their departments to the Graduate Division to be eligible for consideration.)这句………………不大理解
