请问这个推荐信到底该怎么提交……

RT，本渣渣正在申请美国某所大学的TA，要填写一些内容。其中，有如下一句话：
In order to complete your application, you will also need to supply us with three letters of recommendation from your most recent mathematics instructors or professional associates. Please arrange for these letters to be emailed to [email protected]
我真的是醉了啊，难道三封推荐信都要通过我一个人的邮箱以附件形式发送吗？还是应该找到给我写这三封推荐信的老师，让他们给我分别发送呢？
后者感觉说不通啊，老师那么忙，不但让他们发送邮件，还得让他们把我的注册信息什么的也写上去……
前者好像更不行啊……直接暴露三封推荐信都是出自本渣之手……
真的崩溃了，怎么办啊……求大家给点儿好建议啊……
