求帮助！！！WES被rejected是怎么回事啊？？？急！！！

我是教育部网站（CDGDC）送的成绩单啊，说我The verification report received with your academic document is not in English as required by WES.然后就把我reject了。有人出现过这种情况吗?怎样解决的？急！！！
