wisc本校本科生，收到departmental recommendation. 同届也有人昨天就拿到了，应该刚开始审查（前几周学校根本没人在，昨天刚开学……）
钱需要自己去找老师要，fellowship要等（基本没戏）。邮件里明确说All first year students should plan to come with their own funds.
