searching for a job guys

Hi Guys,

Anybody know how to prepare the job market, is there any tutorial?
My school is bad, majoring enginnering, know cpp, java, javascript, linux, but not good at. so i can't do anything,
How to find myself in such a huge world and competitive job market????
