收到一封UCSB campus visit的邮件 不懂什么意思

不知道是不是发错版了。。。。今天收到一封UCSB邮件，类似是campus visit邀请，我申的EE PHD，然而网申系统里并没有写任何变化，也没有邮件收到通知，套磁也没回复。请问还有别人收到吗？这个要不要去呢？（毕竟没有教授回复过） 另外我是海硕，现在也在美国。有没有同在美国的小伙伴收到？国内的孩子们收不到可能也是正常的。。。。
邮件如下：

You will be able to meet the faculty, discuss research topics, meet current students, and find out more about living in Santa Barbara. Choosing a graduate school is an important decision and we want it to be an informed one.[/align][align="left"] [/align][align="left"]The planned events include:[/align][align="left"] [/align][align="left"]1. Welcome breakfast meeting with faculty.[/align][align="left"]2. Student Panel[/align][align="left"]3. Lunch with faculty and current graduate students.[/align][align="left"]4. Faculty office hours in the afternoon (your opportunity to talk to faculty about their work).[/align][align="left"]5. Laboratory tours.[/align][align="left"]6. Housing tours and campus tours.[/align][align="left"]7. Poster presentations and a reception with the current students.[/align][align="left"] [/align][align="left"]We encourage you to contact specific faculty that you may want to meet at the recruitment event to set up appointments prior to coming to UCSB.[/align][align="left"] [/align][align="left"]You should plan on arriving sometime on Thursday and leaving on Saturday. We will make hotel arrangements, which will include a shared room with another prospective student. The ECE Department will be able to cover your travel costs up to a maximum of $250. This amount will be a subsidy for your transportation expenses.
