“We received an expedite request on January 29, 2016. Your case was forwarded to the proper department for further review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly.”。

opt现在已经new card is being produced，， 感觉加急还是有作用的， 和我同一时期的不知道现在怎么样。 希望大家都早日拿到卡。。

建议大家还是去找学校international office去帮忙， 我是找他们帮忙加急的， 他们据说有自己的channel， 可能比自己加急更有效果些，，
