面了个startup的码农intern 过程不错但是最后因为对方的recruiting need没offer

情况RT 原文的邮件是这样的 省略公司名和人名

[/align][align="left"]整个交流过程对方说他们急需的need是testing 我说我的interest是development 而且我感觉intern做testing也浪费[/align][align="left"]第一次找intern 手里还没offer心也有点急 不知道这种情况有没有尝试挽回的必要？如果有的话这个邮件该怎么写？如果可以抛弃的话需不需要礼貌地回应一下以保持联系？谢谢地里的老司机！[/align]
