西北的婉拒，并且告诉我可以选择等待MS录取我，给我算了一下学费。。
Master’s degree without thesis can be obtained within 3 to 5 quarters (9-15 months). MS degree with thesis can take longer, normally 12-18 months. Further, switching from MS program to PhD program in the middle or at the end of your MS study is possible, but is often not guaranteed. In the past, each year we have had about 2 to 4 self-supported MS students switching to the Ph.D. program with full support when faculty members need new students and were impressed by students’ self-motivation and demonstrated capabilities.
那就是48000+20000=$68000！！！
