谢谢GWU赏识！估计不会去了，问下过来人 怎么decline? 因为只看到邮件写 If you are admitted, please note that the deadline to accept and fill out the Intent to Enroll Form is March 15th.
没说 拒绝AD话 是否依然 填 那个enroll form
有需要refer的么 （如果GWU有refer和waiting list机制）
