康奈尔ECE重磅新政策

今天系里的小米发了邮件，原文如下[align="left"]All ECE MEng Students will be required to adhere to the following policies:[/align][align="left"]· Students will be required to enroll in Two (2) ECE Courses each semester of full-time registration.[/align][align="left"]o This includes the First Semester of enrollment in the ECE MEng Program[/align][align="left"]o Both ECE Courses must be at the 4000+ Level[/align][align="left"]· Students will be required to enroll in a Minimum of at least One (1) Credit Hour of the Design Project Course in the first semester of full-time registration.[/align][align="left"]o Design Project Course – ECE 6930 (fall) / ECE 6931 (spring)[/align][align="left"]· All Students must be enrolled in a Minimum of Twelve (12) Credit Hours for each semester that they are registered as an ECE MEng Student in order to be considered “full time.”[/align][align="left"]o This is especially important for Foreign National Students in order to maintain their F-1 Student Visa Status.[/align][align="left"]Typical enrollment for either a Two or Three Semester MEng Program would appear as follows in each of the attached documents:[/align][align="left"]· ECE MEng Curriculum and Grading – 2-Semester Plan – 2016-17 AY[/align][align="left"]· ECE MEng Curriculum and Grading – 3-Semester Plan – 2016-17 AY[/align][align="left"]With this new policy, MEng Students will have a more balanced enrollment in their program, while still allowing for significant flexibility to enroll in courses outside of the ECE Major.[/align]
[align="left"]Students who choose to voluntarily extend for a Third Semester of enrollment will be able to expand even further on this, by being able to enroll in upwards of Five (5) courses total outside of ECE.[/align]
[align="left"]15年的要求是总共三门ECE的课，至少两门5000+，一门4000+。16年直接就每学期两门4000+。不评论什么，大家都懂。[/align][align="left"]PS: 我们的小米已经对我们这届选CS课的咨询弄得很不爽了，他觉得你喜欢CS为什么不申请CS，来申请ECE呢。于是，苦了下一届，想要转CS的康村这条路已经行不通了。[/align]

PS：ECE core 需要上至少14分，也就是4门及以上
