今天收到一封ucsd的邮件，说On behalf of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, it gives me great pleasure to inform you that you have been recommended for admission

to the Dean of the Graduate Division. 后面还说The department would appreciate knowing your decision as soon as possible, and no later than April 15, 2016.

我想问下那个4.15之前做决定是什么意思。。现在是unofficial ad，只有接受了这个unofficial 才会有正式录取来呢？还是如果我接受了这个unofficial，我最后就必须去这个学校了？
