申的环境工程专业，现在收到了Purdue的MS无奖AD和GIT的PHD无奖AD。
问题1.GIT没有奖但依旧要求415之前回复，如果我接受了之后反悔的话会有不好的影响么？
问题2.我给umich的小蜜发了邮件问怎么还木有消息，她回复如下：We would be unable to offer you PhD admission. The committee is currently reviewing PhD applications for possible acceptance to MSE, (not funded), and we hope to have those decisions soon. Would you be interested in being considered for MSE? 我还有争取到offer的可能么555。。。
