2/19/16，律师打电话给我说我的visa status 已经过期近6个月。并告诉我，因为已经过期，所以无法在美国境内完成程序。所以我必须在三月中旬之前（超过6个月就是很严重的逾期滞留）回到home country 去 update visa status，不建议去加拿大。 于是在接到电话的当天晚上，我约了面试，订了机票，两天后2/21/16离境回到了中国。
到今天历经两个多月，以下是更新动态的时间，how desperate。。。

每次更新我都记录到ckeckee.info 上面了，但是因为现在上不去，所以4/26/16 之后的更新，我等之后在发上来。总之更新很多。不晓得在干嘛。。
总之上周5/3-5/6每天都有更新，但是这周5/9-5/13一点都不动了。
在这两个月里，我基本上每周给领事馆写emails差不多两三封。声泪俱下，动之以情,晓之以理。我还时常叫老公打电话给DOS 查状况，叫律师给议员写信请求协助，自己给白宫写信请求援助。however，it's still in administrative processing, I don't know for how longer.
在那么多邮件里面，大使馆在大多数时候会直接忽略不回复。在仅有的几次回复中，一般只会非常官方的回复说，we can't predict the how long, your patience will be appreciated. kinda copy paste staff。 有三次，写说已经转发给了officer，which actually也没有什么实质性进展。
第一次是，告诉我他们在pending a response，根据时间推测应该是等待FBI的response。
4/20/16， 收到的回复邮件告诉我， 审查完毕正在等待approval。可是，一星期又过去了，还是在AP。。
5/6/16 告我说在final stage， should be finished within a week。可是，接下来的一星期毫无进展，既没更新也没issue。之后发了三个邮件问也都是官方回复没有实质内容。
他们一定觉得torture我很有意思。。。
在这两个月里，我被迫withdraw了在学校的课，浪费了那么多学费。被迫中途放弃了在学校peer mentor的职位，which让我觉得对老师特别特别愧疚（中途离职）。被迫取消了之前已经schedule好的3/19的DAT考试。机票什么的就不说了，那都算不上什么事儿了。。更重要的是，我的两个孩子，一个才两岁半，一个才一岁。我已经两个月多月没有见到他们了。。。

昨天发邮件给领事馆，非常rude的回复我说：Since we have no further details to provide, this will be our LAST correspondence to you on this topic. We appreciate your continued patience.

时隔一天，今天律师告诉我议员那边已经联系了领事馆，领事馆也回复说visa已经issue。可是网上依旧ap。昨天才跟我说无可奉告，今天却乖乖回复议员说已经通过。。。此处省略一万字大家自行脑补。。。
