SEVIS FEE 求助，建行mastercard始终支付失败not authorized

试了两次了每次都跳出来"Your credit card could not be authorized You may try again or select another payment method. If paying by credit card, please make sure you enter all the data fields on the credit card form. Click OK to continue."
但是！！！建行每次都发短信给我说扣了$200预付款，现在余额已经$400了！！！
打电话得到回复是请发邮件问。
发邮件问得到回复为：All payment attempts were denied. This means the payment was not successful and no money was removed from your account. Any payments attempted over the weekend did not go through and you will not be charged.
[align="left"]However, you will be required to make a payment at fmjfee.com to have a valid payment on your SEVIS record. Please make the payment again.[/align][align="left"]所以才有了第二次尝试。。。。。然并卵！[/align][align="left"]有没有小伙伴，前辈，兄台遇到过这种情况啊？怎么解决的。。。。。[/align][align="left"]我的卡没问题啊，申请费送分费占坑费都是这个卡啊。！！！{:4_112:}[/align][align="left"] [/align]

特此声明！！！！！
最近建行龙卡有毒！！！
前后许多人SEVIS付款失败。
所以用建行龙卡的小伙伴考虑其他卡吧~~~~
