OPT申请，学校给错了I-20，我在申请过了将近80天的时候才发现，请问大家该怎么办？

大家好，我是今年4月底进行的opt申请，当时在申请opt之前我先到global service 去拿之前更新的I-20，但是诡异的是global service 的工作人员一直找不到我的新I-20，一连去了三次之后，他们态度越来越差，后来直接让我去找officer打印新的。
找到officer 之后，officer说完全不用再打啊，因为打印完了日期也和之后申请opt的是一样的，就不打了。之后过了几天，申请opt的I-20完成了，通知我去拿。这个时候真是巧了，我连去三次他们都没有找到的更新版I-20被他们当做opt-I20拿了过来，当时不知道两者区别的我在问了一下是否是用来申请opt并得到肯定回答后，就信以为真，拿去申请opt了。
之后我每个礼拜都会观察一下官网，但是上面的status一直都是 received，没有任何时间发生。就这么风平浪静的过了两个月后，由于搬了家，急需买辆车，但在买车的过程中被要求出示I-20，这个时候我才发现I-20上的不妥。现在我的情况可以总结如下：
1） opt申请用的I-20一直没拿到 （应该还在学校）
2） 申请已经过了80多天，没有收到任何REF的通知
3） 三天前发了一份inquire about application status，uscis的工作人员 这样回答的：
Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, to notify us that you believe your case is approaching the regulatory time frame. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.
Our service records indicate that we recently approved your Form I-765 and sent it to card production. If you do not receive the Employment Authorization Document within 30 days please contact us again.
