H1B RFE-specialty occupations

有没有小伙伴今年以CPT身份申请H1B然后收到Specialty occupation RFE的？看HR发给manager的信要求提供“ the positions are specialty occupations requiring degrees in specific fields and second “establish that there is sufficient specialty occupation work available for the entire requested H1B validity period”. 我工作靠的是正常读书的统计背景，但是去年没抽中，只好找个学校读MBA挂CPT， 好继续申请H1B。 我想知道这个degree in specific fields是得把Job description写的跟MBA沾边还是跟我现在读什么没关系，是我之前的技能背景符合工作的specialty？

已经被H1B折磨两年了，今年总算抽中了又来了这些妖蛾子{:4_106:}。
