YSC 7month opt extension 没有EAD卡,大家都这样么？

今天收到paper approval notice （纸质是h1b approval noticea那种有防伪的纸）里面有句话“ The Form i-1766, Employment Authrization Document, was sent under separate cover to the beneficiary" (可是目前为止并没有收到）
让人confusing的是，纸上还说” This card authorizes your employment in the United Status. Show this card to your employer to verify authorizations to work during the dates on the card" (难道像H1b那样不发EAD，纸质approval notice就够了？)
