有人收到Amazon的event邀请吗，这是怎么回事？

昨天收到了Amazon家的一个recruiter发给我的邮件，大概内容是通知我12月8号，9号在西雅图有两场event，邀请我去参加。但前提要先把简历发给他，通过以后才有机会去。请问之前有人收到过类似的邀请吗，要不要递简历上去？前一阵Amazon来学校校招，我递了简历，后来又有个人帮我内推了实习，我不知道我的联系方式他们是怎么搞到的？
我现在还没准备好找全职，所以想暂时找个实习，但是这个邀请是全职的，如果我把简历递上去了，最后没过，是不是要冷冻6个月？
