17FALL的申请，两周多前系主任面试完我后，一直没消息，昨天给系主任发了封邮件询问了一下funding的最后结果，回复如下：
Department has discussed your case and reported to institute. You
should hear from institute directly. Please let me know if you have
not got any information from institute by the end of November.
系主任并没有直接回答给不给我funding？而且在系主任面试之前，研究生院小秘给我的邮件里说的是10月底给结果。
我只想到了两种可能：1.研究生院小秘把我当成了17spring。
2.funding没戏了。
