求问Amazon的online profile是怎么回事？

来了一封邮件，让我去填一个online profile， 进去之后，大多数信息都填好了，我就update一下就可以。但是update完了，job status上面显示 "You have not submitted your profile to any positions". 求问这是什么情况？？ 感谢
