Dartmouth是否需要邮寄

楼主今年想申Dartmouth的CS，开始的时候在项目的官网上看到这门一段话"Applicants should not send an official transcript to the Graduate Office unless they are admitted and accept our offer of Admission."应该说的意思是不需要寄成绩单，填写网申的时候有一个downloadable form，原话是"In addition to the application forms you are able to complete online, there are a few additional forms that may be necessary to download, print, and mail into our office"，表格说是在提交申请之后才能看见。所以意思还是要寄送材料吗？{:4_112:}有没有人已经提交了申请了呀，这个表格能下载吗？
