UCLA网申的一些疑问

大家好，第一次在地里发帖，我正在申请UCLA的MS，我是学CS的，不过网申系统都一样，请教几个问题：
1.Areyou applying for Financial Aid? —— 这个Financial Aid指的是什么呢？难道是困难补助{:4_106:}Fellowship单独有一页，那么这个是不是直接该选No呢？
2.Do you wish to waiveyour right to examine this letter of recommendation? ——这个是什么意思呀
