请问大家OPT申请后一个半月依然查不到case怎么办

我9月底提交的opt申请 10月3号收到了邮件表示case accepted 给了我receipt number
但是我后来一直没有收到邮寄I-797表 然后 在USCIS上一直查不到我的case 显示validation error
Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.
跟我同一天申请的一个朋友今天已经收到EAD卡了 我却连status都查不到 快急死了
请问有朋友遇到过这种情况么？ 该怎么办呢？
