请问大家知道PSU的MIS phd在b school下和college of IST下面的区别？

IST（information of science and technology）下面的应该是偏tech的，但是我看到他的分支里面也有econ的研究方向。smeal college of business 就是和supply chain一起的了，有申请过或者知道消息的小伙伴吗？
