OPT extension checklist

最近正在提交opt extension application， 我们学校的check list 里除了uscis官方要求的那些材料之外，还有一个：Job offer from your current employer as well as any proof of employment while on OPT. This can be pay-stubs, job offer letters, or letters from the employer stating your dates of employment.

所以我除了提供现在公司的offer letter, 还需要提供在opt 期间所有工作的证明。
本人在现任雇主之前，在老师实验室工作，还需要提供实验室的offer letter 或者pay-stubs 或者letters from the employer stating your dates of employment。对吗？本人的I20上也有这两个雇主。
