CAP GAP 疑问

H1B至今未批准。现在用cap gap工作，所以每天都很焦虑。一直以为CAP GAP到九月三十号就结束，可是仔细看了USCIS的网站并不是这么说的啊：

“The “Cap-Gap” period starts when an F-1 student’s status and work authorization expires and ends on the start date of their approved H-1B employment.”
“Once a timely filing requesting a change of status to H-1B on October 1 has been made, the automatic Cap-Gap extension will begin and will continue until the H-1B petition adjudication process has been completed.“
